With 31 meetings in just three days, the ITB 2014 was a very busy fair for the Travel GSA team. From DMC’s, hotels, incoming touroperators and several specialists: the meetings went from hall 1.2 to hall 20.
Tom van Apeldoorn, CEO: “We notice that a lot of people already know Travel GSA because of our weekly newsletter, but that they think that we are a large organization. We consist of a small and dynamic team and together with my sales director T.J. we had very good meetings this year. There is an increasing need in the travel industry to get in direct contact with the retail partners, also in the Dutch markets. Why would you spend all your budget for a market like the Netherlands in joined-promotions with tour operators, when over 30% (and growing) of the booking made by travel agents is made by dynamic packaging? The coming weeks we will most likely present our first clients, something of which we are very proud and are looking forward working for!”
